Shipping Methods

All products are shipped out through USPS Priority Mail so the package arrives within 2-3 days.  All of our products are handmade and take time to make with the utmost of care and perfection. Please allow ample time for product to be made and shipped. 

Please make sure your address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or addresses that do not match USPS mail system. Double check spelling, numbers, apartment numbers, zip codes, etc. 

After your package ships, we will send you an email to let you know your product has shipped and your tracking information. We can not be held liable for USPS shipping delays. The estimated date of delivery on your confirmation, is just an estimate. 

Should your item arrive damaged despite the secure packaging, we will be happy to replace and reship items at no additional charge to you! Simply take a photo showing the damage and email us the photo at info@pawpalslove.com within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept photos/replace broken items reported more than 24 hours after delivery. 

If you live in Rockland County, NY and would like to schedule to pick up your order, please use COUPON CODE - PICKUPNY, when checking out to waive shipping charge. Please leave your contact phone number in the notes, so that we can schedule your pickup. Thank you!

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
Once you click purchase, your order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled . We will offer a replacement item, if we have made a mistake. 
Please, when ordering, be sure to check spelling carefully on any custom items.

As stated above, please contact us upon receipt of your order if there are any issues. Any issues should be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery acceptance, including items damaged during shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to double check correct spelling, shipping addresses, etc. and to read the "Care Instructions" included in your box.
